I share a powerful study where researchers asked people to estimate how steep a hill looked. Those who stood alone said it looked harder to climb. But those who stood beside someone they loved? The hill looked less steep. Same hill. Different support. That’s what this series is about—reminding you that you’re not climbing alone. I also open up about the insecurity I’ve felt calling myself a coach while still having struggles of my own.
